Hi all... Its been some time hasn't it? I'm not sure if anyone noticed, but I've been online lesser and lesser... And most of the time my status is 'WOW in progress'... Those gamers would know what that is... If you're not, it stands for 'World Of Warcraft'. Its a MMORPG (Mass Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) which is staged in the various environment one will find in Warcraft 3 : Reign Of Chaos and it's expansion: The Frozen Throne. Its a unique and extremely nice title Warcraft fans should never miss out! Its been around in the market since years back and is still one of the best rated titles... As you travel around within the game's environments, you get to see extremely grand structures like you would see in LOTR... And the landscapes are very very beautiful... The backdraw? Suscription for the game is $50 every 2 months... And if your computer isn't strong enough to support the game, you would be wasting money. But overall, its a great game which I would recommend... And the more friends you have playing it with you, the more fun it is. To start the game, you need to buy the game-disc and a prepaid card. This would amount to at msot $135 and you would be entitled 3 months free. Afterwhich, simply buy the game cards to continue your suscription.
Life has been peaceful as of late... I've been attached to my base's examination department. My job there is to convert papers from the conventional 'paper' format to an E-exam format... Afterwhich, I would have to make a user friendly network to help the candidates select the paper they wish to take. The supervisor, Mr. Choy treats me very very well... Everyday he would offer to treat me and my friend, Yong Qiang to morning and afternoon tea breaks... I had to resist the morning breaks because if I eat too much, all my training would go down the drain... ENDURE!!! The coffee still seeps into my tummy during both breaks though... LOL... I am someone who takes my work seriously and tries to achieve the best of whatever task I'm asked to do... As if that wasn't enough to make me dedicated to my work, a supervisor like Mr. Choy, who has shown me such welfare, makes me all the mroe determined to complete my assigned task... Such should be the way SAF should function... The best way to motivate a soldier, is to provide him welfare of satisfy his needs... When that is accounted for, most people will gladly repay you by doing their assigned task to at least the minimal requirement... Ruling the workplace with an iron hand and threatening to charge them for every single mistake they make is definitely a No-Go way to lead. I hope people like this, if you're reading this, will ponder over it... I myself, have been such a tyrant before and the results are disastrous... Its has been proven.
